We partnered with WhatsApp to evolve their brand, developing a universal design system that further deepens the connection between product experience and marketing. With WhatsApp’s 2 billion+ users in mind, the goal was to reflect a trusted and robust communication tool in the core brand system and into all forthcoming communications.
Graphic modules housing messaging and content become flexible blocks for a broad range of storytelling. Inspired by
the visual back and forth of mobile communication, the dynamic layouts of the design system capture the familiar essence of the WhatsApp experience.
