USF ‘18  NG-1 is a pant and bag prototype constructed of biodegradable fabric, biodegradable plastic, and embedded with vegetable seeds.

The goal of the garments lifecycle is to create a double closed loop: the harmless decay of the original product (pant) gives way to another product (vegetable), that again is naturally recycled.

While touching on the destructive food and fashion industries, NG-1 ultimately celebrates the ritual of burial and cultivation — life and death.
